"Shocking service"

About: Northwick Park Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

Quite disappointed with the service. Initially coming into accident and emergency and being seen by the doctor for 2 minutes not examining the situation properly. After 10 days having to chase myself only to find out they forgot to book me in. Then said I have to wait for 3 weeks for my consultation when the max you have is 2 weeks to get a fracture aligned. Very disappointed and shocking customer service who slam the phone down on you.
