"The lovely nurse that did my test"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / General Medicine (Wards 5 & 8)

(as the patient),

I had to have a bone marrow test at Wishaw and so I went to see the specialist nurse called Jane. She was so lovely. She put me at ease from the moment I walked in, she said hello and shook my hand and introduced herself. She said do you know what you're having done today and I said I had an idea and she explained everything she was doing. She was just great I think she deserves a medal.

Thank you very much for getting in touch and for your comments in relation to the care you received whilst attending for a bone marrow test here at University Hospital Wishaw.

It is very reassuring to read your story and I will ensure that this is passed back to Jane for her to know that although she has a very busy job, that her care and personal attention is appreciated. I have no doubt she will be delighted for the feedback.
