"My mum"

My mum was transferred to this hospital for care and rehabilitation after a nasty fall, which fractured her lower vertebrae, from glan clwyd, she was fitted with a brace, to help her with the healing, since being at this hospital, she has had no help with getting this brace on or off correctly, so there for getting no help with recovery, the food is disgusting apparently, and the beds are so close no privacy, and they are giving her injections for anti blood clotting which she does not need as she didn’t have these at glan clwyd hospital, what is going on in wales re health care, this is the 3rd time of complaining now, taking it all the way now, this is disgusting, after a life time of paying national stamp etc this is what we have to look forward too!
