"With Thanks and Appreciation"

About: Victoria Road Surgery

I have been part of this GP Practice for a long time now and am very grateful for the thought and consideration which has been part of my care.

Both from the GP and the support team - reception/admin - everyone!

I feel treated like an individual human being (and not just a number)

I have found being able to have honest, measured conversations around my care helpful.

This practice has walked me through some of the most difficult times in life - as I waded my through some extremely intensive cancer treatment.

I laughed and cried through some of it and ALL the staff were supportive of me.

I truly felt like they went the extra mile with me and I am very thankful for the service they provide.

I get it's not easy being part of the NHS - it's complicated (!!) but I am glad to be part of this surgery.
