All the staff, from the cleaners, to the care assistants to the nurses and doctors provided a first class service for my father and should be congratulated and praised to the sky.

The respect and kindness they showed him was touching.

They looked after him as if he were their own family.

Myself, my sister and my mother felt listened to and my father was so well cared for. We have nothing but deep gratitude and admiration for all those who cared for him.

They made a huge difference to his life and to ours.
