"Stupidity is not enough!"

I just called to get my blood result for diabetes and cholesterol. The receptionist said it all came back negative. I then asked her to email me the result and she informed me they do not email result, i will have to pick them up. She then suddenly realise my sugar level cam back high and the doctor wanted to speak with me.

2-how hard is it to employ someone who can read!!!

If i had left it like that i would've been under serious health threat!!!!

Now because i cannot receive personal phone call during work hours, i have to make an appointment which cannot be until 1 week and half later!

I cannot express enough how this surgery had let me (and i'm sure a lot more people) down as they cannot give appointment for at least 2 or 3 weeks from the request call.

This is absolutely not acceptable!!!

Someone needs to check them as i think they keep taking more and more patient but do not have enough staff to look after them!

Instead of ranting on how bad they are i will just leave this there and go register with a different practice!
