I referred myself about a year or so ago, I have panic attacks and anxiety issues, they said they couldn't help, so I went to another provider who assessed me, then this other provider referred me back to Derbyshire Healthcare, after my assessment with the other provider, after a while I was seen by one of their psychotherapists for 30 minutes, who then decided I needed longer treatment than 6 sessions, and she would refer me to the CMHT there.

that was a joke, didn't get seen by any one, so I complained. About 6 months or longer went by, think they forgot about me, then I had meeting with patient experience manager who arranged for me to see psychiatrist, I saw him in April 2018.

I'm now at point where I refuse to see him again..
