Calling here is a horrendous experience every time.
The press 1, 2 or 3 options (appointment, prescription query or test results) lead to an astonishingly long wait - I spent 16 minutes being number one in the queue before I gave up.
The option of holding for anything else simply loops back to the original greeting and options.
The administration is so inefficient I have taken to communicating via signed for post so as to demonstrate any requisite paperwork has been received by the surgery
