"Treated with complete care and respect, thank you"

What I liked

My partner and I were treated with respect, care and consideration through a very difficult and upsetting time for us in the maternity dept. On my subsequent visit to the surgical ward we were again treated professionally and respectfully. I had a side room and my partner was allowed to stay with me until I had to go to theatre and be there for when I returned.

Every member of staff was lovely and helped me through a difficult experience. I want to thank them all!

What could be improved

The only downside we experienced was the waiting time for my initial appointments. But, I also understand that treating each person with the respect they deserve, appointments don't always fit into 10 minute slots!
