What I liked

my appointment was on time, nurse was friendly and gave advice, doctor i saw listened to my symptoms, gave advice, asked and offered me different solutions, listened to my concerns, overall i came out of the room with the feeling of a weight being lifted off my shoulders that something was being done to help me. this is the first time ive been here after going to nmgh for years with no help support , thankyou to the staff , reception staff were friendly, nurse was friendly and doctor made me feel at ease, also he had read my notes before i saw him instead of saying ' so wot are you here for and what do you want me to do about it'' like i was treated at nmgh.
