"service and great staff"

I am new to Claremont hospital sandygate road Sheffield.  I have the following to say:

I was recommended to a Mr ALi for elbow surgery, by Barlborough as they would not take on the task, perhaps the cost was the issue.  Mr Ali works out of Northern General and Claremont

I wish to thank the following for giving me confidence in the ability of service provided by Claremont hospital.

1. Craig, Lorraine,  Christine, Lindsey, Alex, Sarah, felicity and Chloe  (if I have miss spelled any names 

2. from when I arrived after a long trip from Lincoln, my first meeting was with the main reception the chap there was brilliant helpful and extremely friendly I am sorry but reading the names written for me could be the error) 

3 Once I was directed to the department I needed I found the staff to be brilliant especially the reception staff, they could not be more helpful or friendly, I hope you are proud of them and all the staff I have mentioned!

then I met the staff whom could not do enough and the lady in xray department  was extremely funny polite and friendly as they all were.

4.  I will also do the  questionnaire and post it as my next appointment for nerve ducting and then meet Mr Ali again ism not until June to find out the next stage.  

5I hate to admit you are shinning more than other hospitals I have been to, Thank you for making me feel welcome and confident in the services you provide.
