What I liked

I found the whole experience from pre-op visit to discharge was efficiently done and the whole staff team from reception onwards were friendly, open approachable whilst remaining professional in approach. As a retired nurse I am aware that I may have a slightly biased view of the NHS. This experience has caused me to revise it.
