About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Accident and emergency

My partner attended WH A+E yesterday and was told he had a suspected dislocated shoulder. He had an x-ray and was given a sling and told to go home and the 'virtual fracture clinic' would ring him this morning. They didn't ring and he has tried to ring them - their landline disconnects after a few rings, the mobile line has a voice message saying that the voice messaging system is full. He's emailed them and had no response. He tried the main WH number and got through to another voice messaging system. Again, no-one has rung back.

What the heck are we supposed to do now? My partner is in significant pain and we have no idea what's going on!! Appalling service.
