"Terrible reception employees"

About: Ravenscroft Medical Centre

Every single time that I have been to this medical centre I have been treated with disrespect, aggressiveness, rudeness and in a very unprofessional way by the receptionists.

Every single time I try to book and appointment they hang up on me when they are done talking, every single time I've been there I've heard them complain about the patients in a very disrespectful and aggressive manner and loud and clear after they hang up the phone or when the patients leave the reception. Please, thank you and sorry are also not part of their vocabulary. They talk to everyone as if we are stupid. I've heard them yell at elderly patients, teenagers, pregnant women, anyone regardless of how fragile they might be. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I work in customer service in a very high stress job and I am regularly shouted at and insulted but I still manage to treat each customer as an individual and treat them with kindness and respect.

If you don't like your job and can't do it right, find a new one.

Patients come here because they need help and are fragile, not because they want to be mistreated by the staff.

The medical staff is good but because of the reception staff, thinking about going to the medical centre when I'm ill makes me very anxious and gives me panic attacks.

I'm not the first to complain about them. Too bad most elderly patients can't do that online. It's about time you actually do something about this inappropriate and unacceptable behaviour. Your staff must know how to speak to people, manage stress, be respectful and lower their tone of voice. I feel harassed and mistreated by them every time.
