Fantastic service on Friday morning from a friendly welcome at A& E reception, right through to great care from nurse Thomas and Dr Alice who looked after me and my heart and made me giggle! Thank you

Dear MrsLT

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent visit to the emergency department. I am delighted to hear that you had a positive experience and that staff provided such excellent care. Your comments will be shared with staff nurse Thomas-David, physicians assistant Alice and reception staff. All feedback is important to us and the whole team will be pleased to hear that you managed to have a giggle during what may have been a worrying time. That has made me smile too.
