My wife and I have been patients for nearly 25 years and throughout that time we have always found the staff - both medical and clerical to be excellent. About 5 years ago my wife was diagnosed with Parkinson's Decease which was a great shock and the doctors have been fantastic with her and take time to research all aspects of her condition for which we are very grateful. Some adverse comments have been made by others about appointments running late and this usually only due to the fact the doctors take their time to ensure all patients have enough time to discuss their problems. Unfortunately this has meant we have been in with a doctor for maybe 3 or 4 times the time allotted. So if this happens several times it should not come as a surprise that some patients may be waiting over an hour. We have always thought that any decisions on medication or treatment have been a joint decision between us and the doctor.
