"A complaint not being acknowledged."

I supported a Mother who carers for her adult son with learning disabilities to send 4 copies of a complaint letter to her locality office in South Lanarkshire, these were sent off at the end of March however there has been no response. They were sent to 3 team leaders and a manager.

I think this particular family need to have input from social work in order to provide the correct care for her son. The complaint was in reference to an SDS assessment and when she should expect an outcome.
