My husband has cancer with secondary mets. The new pharmacist has phoned him this week to tell him to try and stop smoking and to decrease his pain killers. This is shocking as my husband is receive palliative care, not active cancer treatment.
Also tried to book a blood test as he has an urgent CT scan as we think his cancer is growing and the receptionists refused to book for him.
A man with cancer does not need to be treated like this and have this stress.
