What could be improved

Took grandson aged nearly 13for blood test as no appointments were available for two weeks, at the doctors surgery we got a ticket from machine and were 57th in the queue,

two hours later number came up went into room was asked if blood test was for me i answered no for grandson was told childrens blood tests not done there as appointment has to be made .

If there was a sign above the ticket machine stating this two hours would not have been wasted ,

Anything else?

From the response from staff this is not the first time this has happened however hopefully

if anyone takes notice of this a appropiate sign will be put up and no ones time will be wasted again
