"Simply amazing"

Attended last evening with very painful gash to my shin. Reception quickly grasped the necessary details and I was dealt with as soon as was possible. When dressing the wound,I was informed of what was happening, how to manage at home, and to attend my own Surgery to see a Practice Nurse on Friday. I cannot speak highly enough of one particular staff member and his colleagues...and the place was spotless even at the late hour. Congratulations to an amazing team.
