What I liked
What can I say..I was given a cancellation appointment and was terrified but the nurses were so kind and caring it made Me feel so much better then the Dr who did my precedure was brilliant even got a cuddle after LOL not once did I feel like a number as I feared after reading some of the other comments I must have gone to another hospital and didn't know. Well done all the staff at loughborough and also well done the cleaners I didn't go anywhere were it appeared unclean.

What could be improved
To be honest I cannot think of anything unless not making the Bacon so crispy LOL
