"Caring and compassionate staff"

About: Burnley General Hospital / Gynaecology

Just wanted to say another thank you to all the staff at Burnley Gynae day case unit.

From my arrival to the ward, up to discharge, the care I received was brilliant, the team were all caring, compassionate, kind and understanding.

As a nurse myself I felt very anxious being on the other side, however I was put at ease and reassured throughout the day, and everything I needed was no hassle and was always met with a smile.

So thank you again, the care I received made me proud to be part of the trust and has made me feel relaxed should I need further treatment with the team.
