"Excellent Physiotherapy Department"

I had to attend the physiotherapy department yesterday for an injection into my left knee to relieve the pain of osteoarthritis. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by a very pleasant and helpful staff member. The Advanced Practise Physio who carried out the procedure was a most kind and caring young man who put me at my ease at once. Every part of the procedure was fully explained to me and also the aftercare. I am most impressed with the way this department functions and the happy atmosphere created by the staff. best of all, I have enjoyed an almost pain-free day and night. My thanks to all.
