About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

First time in nearly 40 years that I had to attend the hospital, nervous to say the least but the opening comment by  David had me at ease. A big thanks to David and Gill at the Ambulatory Care for all your help.

Dear Glen,

Thank you for taking the time to tell us how your visit went. Gill and I try our hardest to minimise distress and I am glad, in this instance, it seems to have worked.

I trust everything is going well and you are not resorting to your namesake for pain relief.
