"Completely satisfactory"

I attended Forth Valley Royal Ambulatory Care unit for a minor op. The op was performed by a Nurse called David and his assistant with a trainee observing. From the minute I was called and shown to the treatment room until I left I can only describe the experience as completely satisfactory. The level of professionalism and interaction with myself  shown by David and his team was exemplary. No, I don't want experience it again anytime soon but I did feel that it was worth commenting on.
