"Just simple ignorance"

About: Basildon University Hospital / Dermatology

I have been trying to contact the Dermatology Dept and the Complaints Dept for over two weeks. With absolutely no response from either. I have written Emails to the Complaints Dept about a complete failure by the Dermatology Dept to return calls when messages have been left and to even answer the phone at all.

Guess what

Even the Complaints Dept doesn't answer the phone or respond to Emails.

Our Complaints Department has confirmed that they have emailed you as the PALS/Complaints teams were unable to contact you on the number provided.

Please be assured your comments will be addressed and staff will do their utmost to resolve these issues.
