What I liked

Right from when the ambulance picked me up ,the staff were kind gentle and caring ,on arriving at the hospital ,the nurses were lovely .and the doctor who saw me was a true professional,with an understanding of my fears a good and compasionate man.I would feel safe to back at any time as was said to me twice .Well done Odstock!

What could be improved

nothing ,they were on top of everything although it was very busy

anyone going to this hospital should feel safe and cared for

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about the treatment and care you received at Salisbury District Hospital recently when you came to the Emergency Department. As you witnessed, the department is often very busy, and patients are often anxious. Our staff work hard to help comfort and reassure patients whilst providing a high standard of care.
