GP sent me to MAU before the bank holiday weekend and I wanted to record just how professional, caring and focused everybody was that I came into contact with. From the lady who brought round tea, coffee and biscuits (it was a long day), the porter who I think must walk about 15 miles a day and the medical staff who were both very busy but still able to deliver a personal service. I would specifically like to than the consultant, who was under lots of pressure juggling a large volume of patients but still had time to deliver a first class patient experience. At a time when the NHS is under massive funding pressure I was massively impressed with the commitment, dedication and approach of everyone.
