"Excellent practice"

I have had to use the services a lot over the last 36 months.

I have found all the staff,from the receptionist through to the Doctors, to be carrying and very professional.

Having to visit the surgery on a frequent basis I have personally experienced not only when the doctors dealt with me whilst I was on the verge of a breakdown but also how careing the reception staff handeled my crisis.

This is a very careing practice who’s staff go that extra mile, by providing the time to listen.

It is sad to read poor reviews from ungreatfull patients.

Having had to attend the surgery on a frequent basis recently I have personally seen how much hassle and at times verbal abuse the reception staff have to put up with, and carry on.
