"Bloods at TLC"

(as the patient),

I had to wait quite a while for my bloods to be taken. There was around 30 people before me.

When I was seen , the nurse was nice and it wasn't painful.

Also, I don't think the carpark at the thomas linacre centre is big enough.

I am sorry that you experienced delays on visit to the blood clinic . Unfortunately there is a heavy demand on this service, particularly on Mondays and early in the mornings. The early start for this clinic has been designed to accommodate those patients who work so that they can attend before carrying on to their place of work. Unfortunately, the early start seems to be popular with lots of patients and this can cause delays for our patients. Please accept our apologies but I hope you can appreciate that, as this clinic is a 'drop in' type of clinic, delays can sometimes occur. I was pleased to hear that when you were seen, the nurse was nice.

Unfortunately, we are unable to enlarge the car park at the Thomas Linacre Centre, but the security staff would be pleased to assist should you ask for help and would be able to direct you to alternative car parks which are very close to the Centre.
