Iv spoken to people who said break was probably missed on xray as was very very busy sent home with splint and have an appointment for weeks time my daughter is in a lot of pain and just looking at her arm u can see it's clearly broken and where exactly the break is.

Hello - I'm really sorry to hear about your daughter's accident and that she is in pain.

Please do bring her back to the Minor Injury Unit if you are still concerned - it is open from 8am. You can also try NHS 111 (telephone 111) for advice overnight.

Please don't hesitate to return for advice or further examinations - as her parent you know her best and we wouldn't want you to feel that you aren't be listened to, especially if she is in pain. We want you to feel satisfied with the service you have received and also reassured.

Good luck and I hope your daughter is on the mend very soon.

LUCY
