Despite being sent to a different hospital from my usual, I felt very welcomed and supported. The fact that two of the nurses remembered my surgeon from when he had worked in their hospital helped.

The staff were all very attentive and thoughtful as well as being very professional. I appreciate how busy they are but at no time did I feel that they were pushing to get rid of me and get on to the next patient.
