About: General practices in Lanarkshire

(as the patient),

I had a visit from a lovely lady, Gill, from my GP Surgery for an annual checkup. My GPs are Drs Blake, Kempsill and Hastie. The checkup left me feeling tons better than I was before, not that I was feeling poorly or anything like that, Gill just left me feeling reassured and better.

I was weighed, she discussed my mental health and general health with me. She actually sat and listened to me, I was not rushed, she listened to my concerns and showed me simple things I could do to strengthen my legs as they are quite bad. Gill was very good, very helpful.
