What I liked

My 3 year old daughter was looked after by the A&E department after a minor head injury. The new building was clean, the equipment all brand new and there is a separate children's A&E department where you go straight in. In the treatment rooms everything was immaculate and inside all the cupboards all was neat and ordered - no rummaging amongst endless boxes.The two nurses and one doctor who managed my daughter's care could not have been more competent, kind, relaxed and efficient. They made what could have been a traumatic experience into a stress free experience. I was really impressed.

What could be improved

My only criticism is that it would be nice if it was easier to leave a positive comment at the time!
