About: Springfield University Hospital (London)

My daughter was admitted to the lotus assessment unit and the care she received was excellent. It is a very welcoming and safe environment for those having a crisis as she was. The staff really interact with her, made her feel like she mattered and listened to her without judgement or opinion. The staff nurse has made a solid course of treatment and recommended various input in her care, she was professional and helpful and has a comforting disposition. I was very impressed with this service and far superior to the care my daughter has received at our previous hospital.
