"Really impressed"

We’ve been at this surgery for about 3 months now. We’re a family of 5 and have had a few trips there already with my son’s breathing difficulties and just recently a health issue for me too. You can not fault the system that this practice are using- they will see you for emergency issues on the same day, you just may need to wait a little. And for more routine things you can actually get an appointment here! It’s brilliant- we’ve moved around quite a bit over the last few years and haven’t had a surgery where you can make an appointment for quite a while, so many are operating on triage systems now that it’s just not possible to get routine appointments booked in so this has been a refreshing and reassuring change!

Furthermore, the team of health care professionals and receptionists are brilliant. I have to take my 3 small children with me as have no childcare, the nurse that took my bloods earlier was brilliant with them and knew just how to handle them while we were in the appointment. The doctors we have seen so far have been very thorough, listen to you and explain things. And the reception team are really lovely, very professional and efficient!

It’s always a worry moving doctors but if you’re moving to this one please be assured you’ve found a good one 😊
