(as the patient),

I got a cancellation for a gyn procedure in May of this year and I want to say thank you to the staff who treated and looked after me. From Day Surgery staff to Iona and Theatre 8 staff along with Judith the anaesthetic consultant.

I mentioned a few things to Judith ( sorry cant mind her 2nd name) and she went away and actually looked them up before getting put to sleep. Anyway recovery staff were lovely esp Suzanne who looked after me. Next was staff in Day surgery....very caring lovely approachable and nothing was too much bother.

I used to work in the NHS in both wards then theatres at Wishaw so I knew what was happening and sometimes u know too much but totally felt safe and reassured yesterday by the staff.

So please pass on my thanks to all who cared for me please.

Aw appreciate you replying and knowing you will pass on my thanks.

I worked in NHS wards at Hairmyres and WGH theatres and someone just saying thank you makes all the difference.
