What I liked

I would like to express my appreciation of the treatment I recently received at the new dermatology department (outpatients).

I attended (August 17th) for a biopsy, and although this was a minor procedure, the team - doctor, nurse, assistant - welcomed me as they might a favourite grandfather, and quickly dispelled any anxiety I might have had.

They were friendly and chatty throughout the experience and, as I remarked at the time, it was almost a pleasure to have had the operation!

If the young doctor ever decides to give up dermatology I am sure she would be welcomed as a talented seamstress by any of the top couturiers; her stitching skills were excellent!
