"Experience in Wishaw General Hospital"

Due to a lack of communication from the consultants the experience at Wishaw General Hospital has been a nightmare. Communication has been awful, nothing explained to the family at all, was told constantly that scan results have yet to come in, and when we wanted to talk to a doctor we had to go looking for one to explain things to us rather than them coming to us. Without the outstanding care from the nursing staff we would have felt totally isolated and in the dark. Nurses have been excellent and show a very high standard of care towards our family member.
