My daughter was hit by a van. When she arrived at the Royal London Hospital, every trauma doctor she saw was informative, reassuring and efficient. Excellent team work and highly skilled people. During our stay in hospital we were impressed by how kind and optimistic everybody was - from nurses, to nursing assistants and all the various doctors and surgeons we met.
