"Rushed appointments and trivialisation of concerns"

About: Hillingdon Health Centre

Took almost 3 weeks to get an appointment. When I did finally get to seeing a doctor he/she showed no concern or compassion and it felt like they were barely listening to what I had to say. They asked no follow up questions to any of the issues/ symptoms I mentioned, two of which are quite serious and which I was hoping for further discussion and advice about. The doctor showed absolutely zero concern and the one suggestion that was provided was so trivial it was almost insulting. The appointment must have lasted no longer than 2-3 minutes and it was made clear throughout that the doctor couldn't wait to get me out and made my appointment feel like a burden. The receptionists are fairly warm and helpful, but overall I would not recommend this surgery if you are looking for understanding and attentive doctors.
