"Excellent Doctor but dreadful service and no..."

This is one of the nicest doctors I've been to and the lady GP which you can request is also lovely and helpful.

However you can never get through on the phone. I rang every day last week and could not get through. It just kept saying you are number 1 in the queue then cut off. Using the online service 9/10 times there are no available appointments.

If you do get through you literally have to beg for am appointment or go as an emergency. I've had several serious health complaints recently and they would not see me for 3 weeks. In the end I was reduced to saying I'd run out of vital medication just to get in. It's ridiculous.

Last year I phoned and they refused to see me. I knew I was desperatelying unwell. But the medically unqualified receptionist said "Oooh we've squeezed too many in this afternoon we can't take 1 more". I ended up in Hillingdon A&E after collapsing at home through blood loss.

Despite the lovely doctor I would not recommend this surgery to anyone as trying to serve the whole of south ruislip with just one doctor is crazy. They've also stopped doing late evening appointments for people who work full time which is very inconvenient if you have a strict work policy.
