"Paediatric Outpatients"

I attended a cardiology appointment at the paediatric outpatient department with my son this week.   I just wanted to say thank you for the very warm and friendly welcome from the lady on reception.  She was was very smiley and friendly, made good eye contact and spoke kindly to us.  My son was a bit anxious about the visit and this first encounter really put him at ease and helped him to relax a little.

I couldn't see the receptionists name because her badge was flipped round, but just wanted to thank her and share the positive impact she had :-)
