I am so content with the care and support my son receives from his Psychiatric Doctor and his mental health care co- ordinator, they are such remarkable people in the way they give their time and effort into the work that they do not only in understanding the patient but also caring and supporting family members too, Hats Off To Them.

Dear Parent

Thank you for your very kind and positive feedback about your experience, with Ealing Primary Care Mental Health Service. Your positive comment is invaluable for our MH Primary Care Service and will allow us to continue improving and enhancing our services.

We aim to ensure that we always adhere to our Trust Values, Togetherness, Caring, Excellence and Responsibility and our on-going objectives. I am very pleased that you felt that, we are meeting your needs to your required expectation at the maximum. Our aims and intentions are to promote normalization and independence and ascertain a zero tolerance to stigma and discrimination. I wish your Son well in his recovery journey and positive experience. I am pleased that you also felt supported as we do ensure that Parents/Carers, receives that maximum help and support that is warranted.Our intention is ensure that the recovery journey is positive and comfortable, whilst ascertaining and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing.
