"Goes the extra mile"

I would just like to thank the nurse at Ferrybridge Medical Centre. Having been a patient there all of my life, I have never had any complaints about the nurses there, but Lynne in particular always goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at ease. She is very knowledgeable and make sure she asks you all of the questions prompted on her system in detail, whereas others have previously summarised the whole lot with a simple questions such as 'are you still happy with your medication? '. Nothing feels like too much trouble and she seems to really enjoy her job which makes the patient experience so much better.
