being trying since Christmas for an appointment never had any that aren't urgent , hospital changed my meds in jan for gps to reduce dose and change tablets over and still waiting on 25th april , just phoned took 20 mins to b told I have to go to a different town to see the doc in 5 weeks time I have slipped herniated discs and an in extreme pain walking is difficult but now have to travel for medication reviews its disgusting the gps here are now uninterested in anything at all its now a business not a health center I need medical help not the service u provide

Thank you for your comments, unfortunately the new team only came on board in February and cannot comment on any previous contract holder.

However, the new team does offer 50% more appointments and patients have a choice of appointments times across 4 sites including evening appointment every night.
