What I liked
We visited the GP with my 8 year old son suffering with ear infections. We were referred to FPH immediately and saw the ENT specialist on the ward (despite no clinic being open), this was followed up with 2 further appointments. In every instance the ENT staff were fantastic and incredibly understanding about the fears of an 8 year old! Couldn't ask for anything further. We feel incredibly fortunate to have such great care so readily available. Thank you.
What could be improved
