Sadly I have had dealings with Coleman House for many years now due to my sons illness.
Quite frankly I am appalled by the service offered here, I understand that the services are overstretched but this is a disgrace.
Never see the same person twice; apparently we have a support worker, I have no idea who that is as we have not met him. I have been told recently that my son should never have been given this concoction of medication and he is now addicted to it;
Hang on! it was Coleman House that have continued to prescribe it over the years!
I have asked for help on many occasions and most recently for a supporting letter of evidence to send to PIP claims as my sons was recently withdrawn.
I gave the deadline that the supporting evidence should arrive, made several phone calls to Coleman House, asking where the letter was and when I could expect it, now the deadline has passed and still no letter,
Thanks for your on-going support Coleman House, failed us once again.
"Total waste of time"
