What I liked

I recently visited Frimley Park Hospital for the first time and I would like to say thank you for the service i recieved while i was there. I had to wait an hour to see the doctor as the hospital had been very busy that day (I was informed there would be a wait straight away by the helpful and polite receptionist). Despite how busy the doctor had obviously been she was very accomodating and courteous at all times. What also made the difference is that when i couldn't get hold of my prescribed medicine and later phoned the hospital with my concern the doctor phoned me back personally straight away, spoke to my pharmicist and when it was realised the medicine wasn't readily available then arranged for it to be available at the hospital for me to pick up. I know these days its very easy to think that someone is 'just doing their job' but on this occasion i believe this was exceptional service and am very grateful.
