"Long wait at Louth"

About: County Hospital Louth

(as the patient),

I think I should have been warned when booking in that there was a long wait as I could have been seen much quicker at Skegness. The waiting room was crammed with seats so close we kept knocking each other. The cubicles weren't properly utilised as there was often one free which could have been used to speed up the process. The toilet was locked but no notice so I waited for ages thinking someone was in it. When I said that laying in a particular position was painful the radiographer just said oh and carried on. I doubt I would ever go back again from choice. Skegness and Pilgrim are both more efficient,   modern and quick.

Update posted by Angcoop (the patient)

It was a walk in xray requested by gp. I went to Louth as my husband had an appointment there and I thought I'd get the xray while he was in outpatients. I wasn't impressed. Skegness has been much better when I've been there.
